Jack Bailey
A Partner and Co-Founder, Mr. Bailey has extensive transactional experience, having served as an advisor to public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions and the issuance of debt and equity securities. He has been involved in transactions exceeding $1 billion in total value. He also has legal, international and political experience. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School and has served as corporate and securities counsel in a national law firm and in a Fortune 500 company. Mr. Bailey has been involved in transactions involving companies in the Far East, South America, the Middle East and Europe. He has also worked as a Chief of Staff for a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives where he served as chief advisor to the Congressman in political, legislative, personnel and other matters.
