Joe Hawkins
Mr. Hawkins has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and management. As a founding principal in two funds, he successfully invested in over 20 businesses in a wide variety of industries and stages. Mr. Hawkins also has operations experience, having been called to manage some of these businesses at certain critical junctures. He has been responsible for the exit of businesses in technology, manufacturing, service, mining, and retail markets through public and private sales to both strategic and financial investors. Through the course of his career, he has closed transactions in 39 states. Mr. Hawkins received his BS in Accounting, MBA, and Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee. He also received a diploma in International Studies from the London School of Economics in London, England.
