Primary responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and refining valuation analysis
  • Managing initial due diligence on clients
  • Preparing management presentations and memoranda
  • Developing new business relationships
  • Attending conferences and events to network with c-suite executives and established private equity professionals
  • Working with the team throughout the closing process and negotiating key terms of the agreements

Qualified candidates should possess:

  • Impressive undergraduate academic and leadership performance from a leading academic institution
  • Strong verbal communication, team and client skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of new business development goals and excellent presentation skills
  • Experience writing detailed memoranda, creating financial models and overseeing and mentoring teams
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment
