NASHVILLE, TN – (October 11, 2018) – Bailey Southwell & Co. (“Bailey Southwell” or “BSC”), a Nashville-headquartered healthcare and tech-enabled services investment bank, is pleased to announce that Russell Bryan recently joined the firm as Managing Director and will be based in Charlotte, NC.
Bryan is a longtime leader in middle-market M&A; at Bailey Southwell, he will focus on extending the firm’s capabilities in the Healthcare Services sector by advising on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions.

Bailey Southwell is finalizing an office location in Charlotte’s center city.

Bryan has experience throughout the healthcare industry, particularly in advising healthcare providers, companies that provide tech-enabled services to healthcare providers, distributors of pharmaceuticals and medical products, and service providers to the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, he provides advice to a large global manufacturing company on their North American acquisitions. Bryan has completed transactions with an aggregate valuation exceeding $3.5 billion.
Prior to joining BSC, Bryan was a Managing Director at Brookwood Associates. He began his career in investment banking with Bank of America Securities. He is a graduate of Duke University and the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
